About the role
The Delivery Lead is responsible for leading end‑to‑end delivery, design and implementation of telecommunications products, platforms and customer‑facing capabilities while remaining hands‑on in software engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development and delivery of telecom products and digital platforms.
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership across engineering teams, driving best practices, coding standards and security controls.
- Drive adoption of cloud‑native architectures, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Oversee API‑driven and micro‑services integration, including OSS/BSS platforms and partner ecosystems.
Required profile
- 10+ years of software engineering, application development or systems integration experience.
- 5+ years leading engineering teams while staying actively involved in coding.
- Recent development experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, micro‑services and AWS or similar cloud platforms.
- Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale distributed systems and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
