Data Capturer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Data Capturer to join our team and support accurate data management across the organisation. The role involves entering, maintaining and reporting on data while ensuring high quality and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems, adhering to established protocols.
• Generate reports and visualisations to communicate findings and support decision‑making.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency of data capture and analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, management and other cross‑functional teams to meet data‑related requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education; relevant certifications in data analysis or database management are advantageous.
• At least two years of experience in data capture or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot data anomalies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to strict confidentiality and data protection policies.
