Data Capturer – Dutywa

About the role

TB HIV Care (THC) is seeking a diligent Data Capturer to join its monitoring and evaluation team in Dutywa. You will work closely with the M&E specialist to ensure accurate and timely capture of health data from facilities and partners, supporting the organisation's mission to improve HIV and TB care across South Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, verify, and enter facility and partner data into the central database.
• Consolidate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist the M&E specialist in data cleaning and validation processes.
• Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to organisational data‑handling policies.
• Provide routine feedback to field sites on data quality issues.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
• Basic understanding of health‑related data collection, preferably in HIV/TB programmes.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
