About the Role

Main Missions
- Manage and respond to incoming customer communications via multiple channels with professionalism and speed.
- Conduct thorough research to provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer inquiries.

- Collaborate with your Team Leader to contribute to the overall success of the team and customer satisfaction metrics.
