CRM Coordinator – Hybrid Role in Cape Town

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Coordinator to join a leading e‑commerce brand in Cape Town. Working in a hybrid setting, you will turn customer data into engaging email campaigns that drive retention and revenue. You will support the CRM Manager across the full campaign lifecycle, from brief to reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategy and customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end email campaigns, including content creation, segmentation and scheduling.
• Conduct testing, quality assurance and optimisation of campaigns.
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Digital, Analytics and Sales teams to leverage data insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM or email marketing, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Sailthru, Klaviyo, Salesforce or Emarsys.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Jira, Asana, Tableau and Litmus.
• Knowledge of mobile email optimisation and responsive email template building.
