Creative Mission Assistant (Part‑time, Fixed‑term)

About the role

The Creative Mission Assistant provides essential administrative support to the Creative Missions team, covering the Higher initiatives (Higher Tour, Higher Live, Higher Experience) and Bloom events. Working closely with the Head of Creative Mission, this role ensures smooth coordination of events, communications and documentation throughout the fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Higher calendar and keep the Creative Mission calendar up to date with all Missional and Message events.
• Handle communications via email, phone and social media with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of events and initiatives.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Media, Communications, Finance and the wider Creative Mission team.
• Attend meetings with churches, schools and partners for Creative Mission and Higher Tour activities.
• Maintain accurate records, presentations and marketing materials, providing design briefs to the Media Department when needed.
• Assist with financial processes, including invoice submission, claims and payment tracking.
• Support Higher Live planning, promotion and statistics reporting.
