Contract Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Manager to lead service operations and turn contracts into profitable partnerships for Epiroc. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution to ensure contractual KPIs are met, profitability is protected and stakeholder relationships are nurtured.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with service contracts and Epiroc’s Rules of Engagement, maintaining all agreed infrastructure and assets.
• Drive 100 % recovery and billing of fixed costs while monitoring deviations from compliance.
• Establish, monitor and control contractual KPIs such as availability, reliability, maintainability, OTIF, supply‑chain and SHEQ, reporting results and taking corrective action when needed.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives aligned with Epiroc standards to boost productivity and optimise costs.
• Maintain formal records of contract performance, action plans, meetings and negotiations.
• Enforce SHEQ policies, 5S standards and legal requirements across facilities, vehicles, suppliers and subcontractors, including annual audits.
• Coach and develop site teams while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience maintaining mining or drilling equipment (experience with Epiroc equipment is a plus).
• 3‑5 years in a leadership or contract‑management role with proven team‑motivation skills.
• Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Millwright, Mechanical) and preferably a diploma or degree in engineering or business management.
• Demonstrated experience in KPI governance, financial control and managing customer‑facing contracts.
• Proven ability to supervise maintenance teams and manage vendor‑managed inventory and service operations.
