Content Coordinator (Employer Brand)

About the role

The Content Coordinator (Employer Brand) will support Hollywoodbets’ internal and recruitment communications by creating and managing multimedia content that reflects the company’s culture and brand values. You will work closely with designers, videographers and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of engaging assets across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form videos, motion graphics, visuals and written copy for internal screens, social media and digital platforms.
• Assist with filming, on‑site shoots and content capture as needed.
• Adapt and repurpose existing content for different audiences and channels.
• Coordinate content on internal office display screens to align with current campaigns.
• Maintain editorial and content calendars and brief external partners with clear requirements.
• Ensure brand tone, messaging and visual consistency across all outputs.
• Conduct content audits, track basic performance metrics and contribute to campaign reviews.
• Stay updated on content, social and multimedia trends to inspire new ideas.

Required profile

• Matric qualification and a valid driver’s licence.
• 1‑2 years of experience in content marketing, internal communications or multimedia campaign conceptualisation.
• Certificate, diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field is advantageous.
