About the role
We are seeking a Construction Secretary to deliver high‑quality administrative support within a dynamic construction environment. The role involves managing daily office operations, coordinating schedules for multiple team members, and ensuring clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate active calendars for staff and management, preventing conflicts and sending timely reminders.
- Schedule, confirm, and organize meetings, including booking rooms, preparing agendas, and distributing relevant materials.
- Organize both physical and digital files according to established office protocols, applying consistent naming conventions and ensuring easy retrieval.
- Provide ad‑hoc office support such as ordering supplies, assisting visitors, and handling miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication abilities.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative, prioritize daily tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with a high standard for accuracy and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
