Cloud Operations Engineer – Azure DevOps

About the role

Lovisa is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to ensure the stability, security, and performance of its Microsoft Azure environment. You will work closely with global teams to support enterprise integrations, automate operations, and maintain high‑availability services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and optimise Azure cloud services, proactively resolving incidents and performance issues.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement preventative improvements to increase platform resilience.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments and environment management across development, test and production.
• Automate operational tasks, monitoring and reporting using Python, PowerShell, APIs and UiPath.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows ensuring reliability, scalability and performance.
• Ensure cloud operations comply with security, governance and best‑practice standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on integrations, APIs and end‑to‑end business processes.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
• Participate in on‑call support and after‑hours activities for critical incidents and maintenance.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell and/or Python.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Willingness to work independently, collaborate globally and support after‑hours incidents.
