Client Relations Consultant – Westgate Shopping Centre

About the role

As a Client Relations Consultant you will ensure a positive customer experience by being attentive, responsive and solution‑focused. You will guide customers to the appropriate channels while adhering to procedural, productivity and quality standards, leveraging a solid understanding of Old Mutual’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive product and service information to customers.
• Record and manage customer orders, selecting the most suitable method.
• Resolve basic and complex issues such as returns, exchanges and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Initiate contact with potential customers to build relationships and act as the first point of contact for inquiries.
• Enter accurate details into the CRM system after each interaction to support retention and business development.
• Conduct customer interviews using a multilevel sales script to clarify needs.
• Provide outstanding service to encourage renewals and continued engagement.
• Maintain compliance with organisational policies, regulatory codes and mandatory processes.
