CIT Controller

About the role

The CIT Controller will oversee the efficient flow of cash‑in‑transit schedules, manage confidential information, and track fleet movements at our Port Elizabeth branch. You will act as the central point of contact between drivers, clients, and branch management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fleet departures and monitor CIT schedules.
• Track driver data hourly and issue OTC codes.
• Maintain continuous communication with drivers and collect client schedules.
• Handle all documentation, administration duties, and liaise with branch management.
• Monitor CCTV systems and enforce basic access control.
• Provide basic client liaison and support.

Required profile

• Clear criminal and disciplinary record.
• PSIRA accreditation (Grade C preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of control‑room experience in the security industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and overtime when required.
• Honest, reliable, detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
