About the role
Tsebo Solutions Group is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join its Sales & Marketing Support team in Sandton. The full‑time position involves handling customer enquiries, generating leads and maintaining CRM data while supporting business development activities.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries
- Make outbound calls to prospects
- Generate and track sales leads
- Update and maintain CRM systems
- Support tender opportunities
- Assist with vendor registrations
- Prepare sales reports
- Support business development teams
Required profile
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification
- 1–3 years’ customer service or call‑centre experience
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with CRM systems
- Good communication skills
- Customer‑service orientation
- Strong administration abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
