About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to drive sales growth and elevate the CNS brand portfolio of Dr Reddy’s in South Africa’s branded markets. The role will involve shaping short‑ and long‑term strategies, launching product and digital initiatives, and collaborating with key opinion leaders to meet market needs.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse micro‑segments, size opportunities and develop engagement plans and customer decision journeys.
- Set market‑share and prescription targets, create detailed brand and budget plans, and manage the annual marketing budget and P&L.
- Design and execute omni‑channel promotion strategies, produce specialized content, and ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with art designers, creative agencies and internal teams to develop promotional tools, test materials and obtain approvals.
- Monitor action plans, conduct root‑cause analysis for KPI gaps, gather competitive intelligence and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders to identify unmet needs and inform product positioning.
Required profile
- Proactive, energetic professional with a passion for healthcare marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate market research into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Open to candidates with non‑traditional backgrounds who can demonstrate impact‑driven results.
