Brand & Graphic Designer (Full‑time, Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative designer who lives and breathes beauty, skincare and modern luxury aesthetics. This full‑time remote position will help shape and evolve the MICCI brand across digital, social, packaging and campaign creative.

Key responsibilities

• Design packaging and production‑ready artwork
• Create email templates and newsletters
• Develop social media content, image editing and Meta ads creative
• Conceptualise and execute creative campaigns
• Design website layouts and refine overall aesthetic
• Continuously evolve and elevate the MICCI brand identity across launches and campaigns

Required profile

• Passionate about beauty and skincare
• Strong aesthetic instinct and visual taste
• Previous experience designing skincare or beauty packaging (strongly preferred)
• Deep understanding of Gen Z aesthetics and modern luxury branding
• Fast‑moving, detail‑oriented and creatively driven

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
• Ability to create production‑ready artwork and packaging files
• Capability to work within and evolve established brand guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetic consistency
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously

What we offer

• Salary range R25,000 – R38,000 depending on experience and skillset
