Attorney & Conveyancer – Litigation Support Role

About the role

O’Reilly Law Inc. is looking for an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer to join its boutique practice in Cape Town. The successful candidate will provide litigation support across the firm’s commercial, litigation and property matters, helping to maintain the high‑quality service the firm is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Support ongoing commercial, litigation and property cases with thorough legal research and analysis.
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, conveyancing documents and other legal paperwork.
• Communicate with clients to gather information, provide updates and manage expectations.
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with senior partners and other team members to develop effective legal solutions.

Required profile

• Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer.
• Prior experience in litigation.
• Strong drafting, organisational and client communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercially minded and solution‑oriented.
