AI Adoption Lead – Digital Workplace (Senior Specialist)

About the role

EXL Service is looking for an AI Adoption Lead to accelerate enterprise AI adoption and rapid AI solution development across its operations. The role will leverage Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem to drive productivity gains, workflow automation and intelligent knowledge management for delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact AI use cases across analytics delivery, contact centre operations and shared services.
• Design, prototype and deploy quick AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools.
• Act as the regional AI champion, promoting AI tools and best practices within business units.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to embed AI‑enabled workflows and knowledge‑sharing mechanisms.
• Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve AI‑driven processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI solution development and enterprise adoption.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its AI capabilities.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills to champion AI initiatives across diverse teams.
