Advisor Consultant – Investment Support

About the role

The Advisor Consultant provides operational support to the investment distribution team, acting as the primary point of contact for advisers, assistants and clients. The role ensures investment proposals and related documentation are prepared accurately, delivered on time and comply with regulatory standards. It is ideal for a detail‑oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit investment proposals and supporting documents within agreed service level agreements.
• Maintain standardised proposal formats, ensure all correspondence, presentations and mandates are accurate and professionally formatted.
• Manage task lists, priorities and deadlines across multiple Investment Specialists to guarantee timely delivery.
• Respond to adviser, assistant and client queries via phone and email, escalating issues when necessary.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to advisers, delivering proactive service that exceeds client expectations.
