Account Manager II – Customer Success & Revenue Growth

About the role

The Account Manager II will drive customer success, retention and revenue growth for LexisNexis Risk Solutions. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals and identifying opportunities to expand usage and introduce additional products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers, acting as the main point of contact.
• Own the full renewal cycle, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals.
• Identify and qualify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to drive incremental revenue.
• Monitor account health, spot risks early and take proactive action.
• Deliver onboarding and tailored product training to new and existing users.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and support a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and opportunity updates.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of customers and meet renewal and revenue targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, including confident phone engagement.
• Proactive, empathetic and able to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Results‑driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and commercial growth.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
• Knowledge of SPIN selling methodology.
