Missions principales

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Analyze cargo information to strategically determine the most efficient routes and appropriate pricing.
• Coordinate and organize all collection and delivery schedules to optimize logistics flow.
• Resolve operational issues and troubleshoot delivery challenges in real-time.
• Perform essential administrative tasks, including data entry, shipment tracking, and updating transport management systems.
• Manage rescheduling and continuous data updates to maintain accurate shipment visibility.

Profil recherché

• Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is required.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar transport or logistics coordination role.
• A relevant tertiary qualification will be considered a significant advantage.
• Strong geographical knowledge of South Africa is essential.
• Flexibility to work overtime when operational demands require it.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Hands-on experience with Transport Management Systems (TMS).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
• High attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
