Temporary Primary School Teacher Assistant (Intermediate Phase)

About the role

SPARK Schools is seeking a temporary Primary School Teacher Assistant to support the intermediate phase blended learning environment. The role focuses on fostering a positive culture for online learning, project‑based activities, and independent work time, working directly with students in whole‑class, small‑group, and one‑on‑one settings.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive student culture around online learning and independent work time.
• Coach students on the use of computer programs and educational software.
• Develop and submit lesson plans for project‑based learning in collaboration with teachers.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators to design individualized learning plans.
• Apply SPARK’s behaviour management strategies and SEL curriculum.
• Ensure responsible use of educational resources and report any hardware damage.
• Assist in optimizing timetables for blended learning activities.
