Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & Brand Lead to shape and grow the online presence of Rewear Closet, an early‑stage fashion‑tech startup focused on circular fashion and wardrobe visibility. This part‑time volunteer role offers flexible hours and the chance to contribute to a mission‑driven brand while gaining hands‑on startup experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage weekly content calendars across multiple platforms.
• Create visual social media assets using Canva.
• Schedule and publish posts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Track engagement metrics and report on social growth.
• Communicate Rewear’s mission, product journey, and updates to the community.
• Support launch campaigns, partnerships, and community‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Comfortable using Canva and major social media channels (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content strategies.
• Organised, proactive communicator who can work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Interest in startups, fashion, sustainability, or technology.
