Senior Sales Executive – Industrial Distribution

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team within the industrial distribution and warehousing sector. This is a dynamic field-based role designed for an energetic professional who thrives on building long-term client relationships and consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through proactive cold calling and strategic on-site client visits.
• Manage and expand an existing portfolio of key accounts to maximize revenue.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to identify client needs and present tailored solutions.
• Promote and sell a comprehensive range of industrial products, including tools, PPE, abrasives, and consumables.
• Prepare accurate quotations and ensure rigorous follow-up on all sales leads.
• Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Foster strong post-sales relationships to ensure long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in external sales, preferably within the industrial or distribution sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and surpass sales KPIs and performance targets.
• Strong expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and new account development.
• Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field.
• Resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection and navigate complex negotiations.
