Join Plumber Marketing USA as a Senior On-Page SEO Specialist and play a pivotal role in driving digital growth for local plumbing and HVAC businesses. You will be the architect of our clients' organic visibility, transforming complex data into high-performing SEO strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

Missions principales

• Strategic Planning: Define comprehensive SEO strategies for new clients, including service area research (volume, demographics, income levels) and site architecture design.
• Keyword & Content Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify primary, secondary, and semantic terms tailored to specific plumbing and HVAC services.
• On-Page Optimization: Execute precise optimizations including meta titles, descriptions, H1 tags, and URL structures to maximize SEO and UX.
• Performance Auditing: Perform detailed audits of existing websites to determine content retention or improvement needs and evaluate post-onboarding performance.
• Quality Control: Oversee content produced by copywriters to ensure keyword integration, internal linking excellence, and high editorial standards.
• Technical Verification: Validate SEO compliance on both staging and live environments to ensure flawless deployment.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with GBP specialists, Technical SEOs, and the SEO Director to ensure a holistic growth approach.

Profil recherché

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a dedicated SEO role (Specialist or Manager level).
• At least 1 year of specialized experience working with local businesses, ideally within the home services sector.
• Exceptional English proficiency, both written and verbal, for high-level strategic communication.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth recommendations.
