About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team in a high-volume, premium restaurant located in the heart of Sandton. Main Missions

• Oversee and manage all daily Front of House (FOH) operations to ensure seamless service.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule the floor staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock controls to optimize costs.
• Execute rigorous opening and closing procedures, including administrative tasks.
• Handle daily cash management, end-of-day reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Maintain high standards of customer relations and resolve any guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism.
