Join a global leader in hygiene, health, and nutrition. As the Regional Engineering Head for Africa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our supply chain by overseeing all engineering activities across South Africa and Nigeria. This is a strategic leadership position designed for an expert capable of driving large-scale capital investment plans and ensuring operational excellence across multiple sites.

Missions principales

• Define and implement the strategic vision for regional engineering investment projects.
• Collaborate with senior management to align investment master plans with global corporate objectives.
• Establish and maintain world-class project management systems, from initial ideation to post-investment review.
• Monitor and optimize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to capital expenditure (CAPEX).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within CAPEX execution and ensure seamless vertical startup of new assets.
• Ensure strict governance and compliance with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and preferred supplier lists.
• Foster a robust culture of safety and operational excellence across all regional engineering activities.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably within a multinational FMCG environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale CAPEX budgets and complex industrial investment plans.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to align technical execution with business goals.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multi-site operations (South Africa and Nigeria).
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, from factory teams to senior executives.
