Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to lead the definition and validation of RF system requirements. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional engineering teams to develop hardware and software specifications for terrestrial and satellite communication solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate customer technical requirements, industry standards, and system‑level specifications.
• Interface with RF, antenna, mechanical, electronic, and software engineering groups to develop detailed hardware and software requirements.
• Develop and maintain the system technical baseline in partnership with product subject‑matter experts.
• Conduct system integration and system‑level verification testing.
• Liaise with program managers and customers on technical and commercial matters.
• Address production and maintenance issues throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an RF Engineer.
• Strong understanding of digital, software, mechanical, and power‑supply engineering disciplines.
• Experience with terrestrial and/or satellite communication systems.
• Proven ability in requirement management and product life‑cycle management.
