About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Medirite Lenasia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, clinical excellence, and commercial success of the pharmacy while providing exceptional care to our patients.

Main Missions

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily pharmacy operations, manage staff scheduling, and ensure optimal resource and capacity management.
• Clinical & Dispensing: Manage individual medication dispensing and ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulations and compliance standards.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team, including pharmacists, assistants, and interns, while fostering a disciplined and professional environment.
• Business & Financial Management: Drive sales growth through marketing campaigns, manage budgets, monitor operational performance, and oversee stock control.
• Stakeholder Relations: Act as the key point of contact for prescribers, suppliers, headquarters, store managers, and cash office to ensure smooth transversal coordination.
• Problem Solving: Proactively resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters when necessary to maintain service continuity.

Profile Required

• Proven experience in pharmacy management or a senior pharmacist role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and tutor junior staff and interns.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on priority setting and operational efficiency.
• Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record in sales and service excellence.
• Ability to manage complex relationships with medical professionals and suppliers.
