Pharmacy Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Medirite Middelburg Mall. In this position you will ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly, delivering high‑quality service to customers while maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the pharmacy team, including staff, interns and assistants.
• Oversee individual dispensing and ensure accurate medication delivery.
• Manage pharmacy administration, housekeeping, stock control and customer service.
• Drive sales, compliance, and marketing campaigns.
• Plan operational work, set priorities, schedule staff and monitor performance.
• Handle capacity management, resourcing and cross‑functional relationships with prescribers, suppliers, head office, store manager and cash office.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and manage the pharmacy budget.

• Proven leadership experience in a pharmacy setting.
