Performance Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketer who can turn advertising budgets into measurable results. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of paid campaigns, constantly testing, optimizing, and reporting to maximise lead quality and return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Run rigorous A/B tests, analyse results and scale successful tactics while terminating under‑performing ones.
• Monitor lead volume, cost per qualified lead and ROAS against monthly targets.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief data‑backed ad creatives.
• Manage budgets efficiently, reallocating spend based on performance insights.
• Provide transparent weekly reports highlighting wins, losses and optimisation plans.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of hands‑on experience running paid media campaigns with demonstrable results.
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools, platforms and tactics.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Team player who shares insights and contributes to collective success.
• Relevant qualification or proven ability to perform the role.
