About the Role

Join one of Africa's largest and most prestigious architectural studios. As a Lead Architect / Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving large-scale projects from initial concept through to successful construction, working within a high-performance and forward-thinking design culture.

Main Missions

• Lead large-scale architectural projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from design development to construction phase.
• Develop innovative design concepts and ensure high-quality architectural solutions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage comprehensive construction documentation and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
• Mentor and supervise design teams, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Professional Architect registered with SACAP (mandatory).
• 10 to 15 years of post-qualification experience in high-end architectural design and management.
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff and manage stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of building systems, construction methodologies, and local regulations.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Expertise in Enscape, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction documentation.
• Excellent project management and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
