Junior Creative Ad Specialist

About the role

The Junior Creative Ad Specialist is the engine behind our static ad pipeline, turning concepts into high‑converting image ads and launching campaigns at speed and scale. You will work closely with the Head Media Buyer, focusing on flawless execution and high‑volume throughput.

Key responsibilities

• Create professional, client‑specific static ads using provided concepts and inspiration from the Meta Ad Library.
• Produce variations in Canva, ZoopAds, or similar tools with same‑day turnaround.
• Launch campaigns using a standardized 4‑campaign CBO structure, handling up to 15 accounts in a 4‑hour window.
• Refresh winning ads with new headlines, imagery, and CTAs to prevent fatigue.
• Repurpose organic content into paid formats when assigned and maintain a library of top‑performing creative concepts by vertical.
• Ensure zero critical errors in branding, offers, links, and seasonal relevance while maintaining consistent design quality across 70+ client accounts.

Required profile

• Owns the end‑to‑end production of static ad creative.
• Measured on speed, quality, and error‑free delivery.
• Executes direction independently and thrives under tight deadlines.
• Does not perform strategy, account management, video editing, or copywriting.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager (campaign creation, targeting, pixel setup).
• High‑volume static ad design, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Familiarity with Meta Ad Library research and competitor analysis.
• Exposure to AI‑driven design tools such as ZoopAds, Higgsfield, or Gemini is a plus.
