IT Support Technician

About the role

Join DigiOutsource, a fast‑growing online gaming technology provider, as an IT Support Technician. You will deliver professional technical assistance to keep user workstations and company infrastructure running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot user workstations, laptops and related hardware.
• Load required software onto devices before delivery, using Microsoft Intune.
• Provide first‑line desktop support via chat, Jira Service Management tickets and remote tools such as Teams.
• Monitor infrastructure alerts in Grafana, Kibana and Nagios and escalate as needed.
• Support Office365, Exchange (on‑prem and 365) and manage user rights in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
• Assist corporate and call‑centre applications, troubleshoot hardware issues, and replace faulty components.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Keen learner, able to adopt new technologies quickly.
