Graphic Designer – Marketing & Creative

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to create compelling visual assets for our diverse portfolio of brands, ranging from festivals to public‑sector events. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop both offline and online collateral, support new product development, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touch‑points.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality design concepts for tenders, prospecting tools, and agency offers.
• Develop marketing collateral for both offline and online channels.
• Attend key customer meetings to provide design input that adds value.
• Manage the internal Customer Portal, overseeing vendor relationships and best‑practice usage.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to protect and evolve brand standards.
• Support the design team during peak demand periods.
• Compile performance data and deliver regular reporting and analysis.
• Train new team members and monitor their progress during probation.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
