Full-Stack GenAI Software Engineer

About the role

HyperionDev is looking for a Full-Stack GenAI Software Engineer to help build the HyperDev platform from the ground up. You will work directly with the founders, shaping architecture, product direction, and engineering culture while delivering a world‑class developer product.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑design, build, and scale the core HyperDev platform, covering backend services and frontend UX.
• Collaborate with founders to define product roadmap, technical choices, and long‑term architecture.
• Integrate and experiment with cutting‑edge AI/LLM tooling to enhance developer workflows.
• Develop interactive proof‑of‑concepts that evolve into production‑ready features.
• Establish engineering best practices such as CI/CD, testing, and code quality from day one.
• Stay current with AI/ML and developer tooling advancements and bring relevant ideas into the product.

Required profile

• Extensive use of AI tools for debugging, planning, development, verification, testing, and code review.
• 4+ years of commercial experience with TypeScript.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with the React framework.
• 4+ years of experience with Python, including Django, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
• 5+ years of experience with Git/GitHub workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• 3+ years of experience integrating third‑party APIs.
• 2+ years of experience integrating LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
