About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our call‑centre recruitment team in Durban. The role focuses on sourcing, assessing and placing high‑performing call‑centre agents to support our growing client base.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media and networking.
- Conduct phone and face‑to‑face interviews, evaluating skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including scheduling, documentation and feedback.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports in the applicant tracking system.
- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while collaborating with hiring managers.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting call‑centre agents.
- Strong interviewing and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Matric (high‑school) qualification.
- Energetic and professional attitude.
