EDD Specialist – High Value Customer (French)

About the role

Join DigiOutsource, a leading provider of online gaming solutions, as an EDD Specialist focusing on High Value Customers (French). You will protect revenue and mitigate compliance risk by guiding priority customers through Source of Wealth (SOW) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for priority customers throughout the SOW/EDD journey.
• Assist customers in completing due‑diligence documentation and ensure compliance with AML requirements.
• Handle objections, answer AML‑related questions, and provide clear guidance to achieve successful completion.
• Drive improvements in customer retention rates after the SOW process.
• Collect and relay feedback to improve the overall customer journey and eliminate obstacles.
• Provide support outside standard working hours when needed.

Required profile

• Passionate, driven, and flexible with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to work beyond regular hours to meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in French.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain compliance standards.
