Developer / Digital Producer

About the role

The Developer/Digital Producer will work closely with stakeholders in Clinigen's Managed Access division to design, configure, test and launch digital platforms that support Managed Access Programs. You will translate client needs into technical solutions and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain configuration procedures for Clinigen's digital platforms.
• Develop technical solutions for internal and external client requirements.
• Collaborate with Program Managers/Directors to produce and keep specification documents up‑to‑date.
• Lead user acceptance testing, defining test scripts and managing delivery.
• Oversee change management, including regression testing of platform updates.
• Maintain documentation in line with SOPs, guidelines and work instructions.
• Monitor day‑to‑day project activities and ensure adherence to client KPIs, service level agreements and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot ordering logic and system behaviour issues.

Required profile

• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work in an evolving technical environment.
• Previous experience with Oracle systems, especially Oracle Policy Automation or similar rules‑based workflow platforms.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with global teams and the ability to work independently.
• Focus on quality, attention to detail and strong planning/organisational abilities.
