Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations

Main Missions

• Manage passenger ticketing, reservations, and all related administrative tasks.
• Oversee boarding and disembarking procedures, including luggage tagging and conveyor belt coordination.
• Proactively welcome customers, assess their needs, and guide them toward our technological airport solutions.
• Promote the use of airport technologies to enhance speed and passenger convenience.
• Maintain a positive brand image by providing high-quality service and keeping passengers informed.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams under pressure to ensure on-time flight departures.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols in all operational processes.

Profile Required

• Must hold a valid work authorization for South Africa.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to work in rotating shifts, including variable rest days and outdoor environments.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under high-pressure situations.

Preferred Qualifications
