CNC Operator – 3/4/5‑Axis Milling & Turning

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our Cape Town precision‑machining team. The role involves operating 3‑, 4‑ or 5‑axis CNC milling and turning machines for high‑tolerance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling and turning equipment (3‑, 4‑, 5‑axis) using Fanuc and Siemens controls.
• Read and interpret technical drawings to set up jobs.
• Maintain machining within close tolerance dimensions of 0.03 mm or less.
• Work both day and night shifts as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC milling or turning operations.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Experience working to tight tolerances (0.03 mm or less).
• Ability to operate Fanuc and Siemens CNC controls.
• Own transport preferred.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts.
