职位概况

负责机加工方向的制造工程工作，主要涉及资本性设备、刀具及相关部件的采购与持续改进，需与供应商和客户保持紧密沟通，确保生产线高效运行。

主要职责

寻找并订购用于体系改进的设备、刀具及组件。
与供应商协作，确保产品准时发运并符合规格。
持续改进现有设备，参与加工装配设备会议及布局规划。
作为客户联络人，保证设备采购沟通顺畅。
解决设备故障，保障持续生产。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，3-5年制造业经验。
具备良好的项目管理经验。
熟悉4轴CNC编程，尤其是FANUC控制。
掌握R&R、CPK计算及机加工运行、夹具设计。
英语或普通话沟通能力。

4轴CNC编程（FANUC）
