Job description

职位概况

负责公司机加工方向的制造工程工作，主要涉及设备采购、持续改进及与供应商、客户的沟通协调。工作地点位于浙江省绍兴市新昌县。

主要职责

寻找并采购用于体系持续改进的资本设备、刀具及相关组件。
与供应商紧密合作，确保产品准时发运并符合规格。
对现有设备进行持续改进和故障排除。
参加加工和装配设备的会议、规划、审批及布局工作，走访供应商。
作为客户联络人，确保设备及采购事项的有效沟通。
解决或纠正导致生产中断的设备和系统问题。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，工程类背景。
3-5年制造业工作经验，具备良好的项目管理经验。
熟悉4轴CNC编程，尤其是FANUC控制系统。
掌握R&R和CPK计算，了解机加工运行及夹具设计。
具备英语和普通话沟通能力。
