Store Manager – Fast‑Food Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead our busy Pedros restaurant and take‑away outlet in Krugersdorp. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure high service standards, and support the continued growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant and take‑away service.
• Maintain food quality and adherence to Pedros Standard Operating Procedures.
• Manage stock control, purchasing, and order processes.
• Handle customer complaints and uphold service level agreements.
• Achieve profitability, sales, and gross‑profit targets while motivating the team.
• Supervise staff scheduling, discipline, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct opening/closing procedures.
• Implement marketing promotions and incentive programmes at the store.
• Lead recruitment, training, and regular staff meetings to develop the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or fast‑food service management.
• Strong management, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP principles is advantageous.
