Solutions Architect – E-Commerce

About the role

We are seeking an innovative Solutions Architect with a strong focus on eCommerce to shape the future of a modern retail technology landscape. In this role you will design scalable, pragmatic, and future-ready solutions that directly enable business success, working alongside a high-performing architecture team across enterprise, domain and solution architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions and oversee their implementation.
• Design and maintain applications and services that are scalable, maintainable and future-ready.
• Select appropriate platforms, frameworks and tech stacks, contributing to architecture roadmaps and ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs and provide thought leadership on technology decisions.
• Mentor developers and engineers, promote best practices and support the growth of future Solution Architects.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT solutions development.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Solutions Architect role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• Proven ability in systems analysis, solution design and critical problem-solving.
• Experience in eCommerce or retail environments is advantageous.
