Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for the operation, maintenance and condition monitoring of mechanical and electrical assets on site. This senior position requires a strong technical background and proven supervisory experience to ensure reliability and safety of plant equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Implement and manage condition‑monitoring programmes, including motor current analysis and vibration monitoring.
• Lead fault‑finding investigations and root‑cause analyses to minimise downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and mentor supervisory staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Certificate in Supervisory Course.
• Minimum 10 years of experience at a supervisory level.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Motor Current Analysis.
• Ultrasound testing.
• Vibration Analysis (Level III).
• Oil Analysis (Level I) or MLA/FLA (Level I).
• Thermography (Level II).
• Root Cause Analysis (Certificate).
