Site Supervisor – HVAC Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead HVAC installation, maintenance and repair projects on‑site in Cape Town. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term position reporting to the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and staff to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor attendance, timesheets and maintain accurate daily site reports.
• Ensure all installations, maintenance tasks and repairs are performed safely and correctly.
• Maintain site safety, housekeeping standards and secure tools, equipment and vehicles.
• Delegate tasks to assistants and support the site team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising site work in the HVAC industry.
• Strong understanding of site safety and project supervision.
• Ability to manage teams independently and report to the Project Manager.
