About the role
The Site Manager will lead a team in delivering engineering services for auxiliary plant operations within the coal handling industry. This role ensures safe, efficient, and continuous plant performance while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee cleaning services for coal and auxiliary plants.
- Manage day‑to‑day plant operations and routine maintenance activities.
- Coordinate housekeeping and cleaning tasks across the site.
- Supervise conveyor system cleaning and preventive maintenance.
Required profile
- National Diploma in Engineering or NQF Level 5 qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager with 24/7 operational oversight.
- Proven exposure to the coal handling industry.
Required skills
- Coal plant operations.
- Auxiliary plant maintenance.
- Conveyor system maintenance.
