About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Office Manager to join our client's prestigious professional services firm. This pivotal role is designed for a versatile professional capable of orchestrating seamless office operations while providing high-level executive and financial support in a fast-paced environment.
Main Missions
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a professional environment and efficient facility management.
- Executive Support: Provide high-level personal assistance to executives, managing complex schedules and administrative tasks.
- Financial Administration: Manage accounts receivable and payable, prepare quotes and invoices, and provide essential support to the finance function.
- Client Support: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and professional communication.
- Administrative Oversight: Streamline office workflows, manage documentation, and maintain organized administrative systems.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong background within the Professional Services sector (Legal, Finance, Asset Management, or Investment).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is highly advantageous.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive executive and financial information.
