As we transition from Jira On-Premise to Jira Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless adoption and empowering delivery teams through expert guidance and hands-on training.

Missions principales

• Guide delivery teams through their daily operations within the new Jira Cloud environment.
• Bridge the functional gap by explaining key differences between On-Premise and Cloud versions.
• Design and deliver practical, hands-on training sessions tailored to different user profiles.
• Provide ad-hoc support to resolve user queries and facilitate smooth tool adoption.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Jira Administrators, sharing best practices for optimal cloud configuration (without direct administrative ownership).

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in Jira Cloud environments, with a strong understanding of Jira On-Premise architectures.
• Demonstrated track record of supporting teams during large-scale software migrations or tool transitions.
• Consulting mindset: ability to work effectively in client-facing environments with high professionalism.
• Exceptional communication skills: ability to explain complex technical concepts with patience and clarity.
• Pragmatic approach to problem-solving and user enablement.
