Retail Shop Assistant - New Store Opening

About the Position

Join an exciting new retail venture as a Shop Assistant! We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to be part of our founding team for a brand-new retail store opening in Boksburg.

Main Missions

• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
• Actively support in-store sales and provide expert product advice to customers.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations and handle transactions accurately.
• Maintain optimal stock levels through efficient replenishment and organized merchandising.
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

Profile Required

• Must hold a valid Matric certificate (High School Diploma).
• Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment is essential.
• Fully bilingual with professional fluency in both English and Afrikaans.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
• Flexible availability to work weekdays, Saturdays, and selected public holidays.
